We always aim to dispatch orders placed before 11 am the same day. We then hand the orders and control from that point on over to one of our delivery partners. Orders placed after 11 am on Friday will be despatched the following Monday.

We are Closed Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays. 

Usually, you'll receive a UK order (no matter the method you choose) within 5 working days in the worst case, but please allow up to 7 working days for UK orders, as we can't take any action with couriers until after that period of time! Some orders just take a little bit longer, particularly over bank holidays and busy times of the year like Christmas.
